Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 of the scheduled appointment. In addition, alternative hair clients will have a consultation fee of $50 due at the time of appointment. Any customizations are final after agreed upon by the purchaser. All sales are final.
